When I was ALOT younger and MJ was about 13, my mom took me to see him in concert...I remember him being so happy on stage singing and dancing! Not much of a "fan" per se since then, but I think my favorite song of his is "Ben" because it sounds like he was singing a song of loyalty and love from his heart and that childlike spirit stayed with him all through the years...I think that's what people don't get because they take themselves so seriously, that they forget to be childlike and enjoy what is right in front of them.I don't think he ever did.

It's tough to narrow it down to one song, but I think PYT is the winner for me!
