Hey Prima! Snowshoeing is one of my favorite things to do in the winter. As a matter of fact, I'm going one day this week! Johnny & I are in NH with some great friends and plan on snowshoeing. I'll get some pics for my Om Prima! Love you!
nothing beats waking up on a super cold day, heading straight to the first yoga class i can find, preferably a hard core vinyasa-ish, all on an empty stomach. then going down to soho for a massive mid-day meal of thai or japanese.
My favorite winter warming activity is (shocker!) going figure skating at the Steriti Rink in the North End. I get all bundled up, walk down Prince Street, and sail around the ice while looking out over the Harbor and Charlestown Navy Yard, with their sailboats and ships, and daydream about the bliss of New England summer months. Then I head home for soup and stretching out with my dog before jumping back on the computer. (I actually guest blogged about this little love affair over at Boston Mamas last week: http://www.bostonmamas.com/2009/01/local_rink_leads.html)

Love you!
when returning from a frigid winter ride, i like to cocoon in a blanket with my dog, a bowl of soup and a cup of tea.
Cross country skiing is definitely my favorite winter activity. Followed by a warm cup of chamomile tea, my Ugg slippers and a cozy blanket!
