Quote: Walt Whitman

"A few light kisses . . . a few embraces . . . a reaching around of arms,
The play of shine and shade on the trees as the supple boughs wag,
The delight alone or in the rush of the streets, or along the fields
and hillsides,
The feeling of health . . . the full-noon trill . . . the song of me
rising from bed and meeting the sun."

-Leaves of Grass, Walt Whitman

ah O.G. I sing the body electric...

- great workshop this past weekend with many dollops of wisdom. I especially appreciate Jack's sage advice to turn competitors into allies.

Too often I find myself pushing in situations where I feel I need to win. It is better to close your eyes, breathe a moment and find the internal vision which is the true race. I'll give this a try.
