For the past decade, she has worked with students of all levels, including beginners and experienced yogis. Excellent quote Om Gal.
And regarding the earlier inquiry on chanting, here's a different kind of "chant" that is worthy of a good listen.
It's been done by many with similar haunting essence, but I happened to come across it again just as a photo, taken from the top of the World Trade Center, adorned my desk - so I just thought the stars were aligned and this was meant to be shared about now.
